We are pleased to offer Electronic Medical Assistant (EMA) by Modernizing Medicine, Inc., for our medical records system. It was developed by physicians with the goal of a user-friendly, navigable interface.
Once you have your Portal Log-in instructions with unique username and password, you will be able to log in and view your clinic notes, test results, and communicate with our staff. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password.
