William L. Decker, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the retina, vitreous and macula. Dr. Decker offers extensive experience in the management of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane and retinal vascular disorders.
Dr. Decker received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed his residency in opthalmology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He completed fellowships in Retina and Vitreous surgery, as well as Ocular Oncology at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Decker has authored or co-authored numerous scientific papers on vitre-retinal disorders.
