Glenn E. Bulan, MD joined the Texas Eye Institute in January 2006. He is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus.

Dr. Bulan is a graduate of Cornell University. He then attended New York Medical College where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his internship and residency at Lenox Hill Hospital / New York University in New York City. Dr. Bulan then went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago.

Dr. Bulan had a successful practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for over five years, where he was Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Brown Medical School, Department of Ophthalmology. He then moved to the Houston area where he and his wife have family.

Dr. Bulan joined the Texas Eye Institute in January 2006 and is available for consultation in all aspects of pediatric opthalmology and strabismus, from routine yearly exams to complex surgical cases.
